Directions: You take exit 30 off of the interstate 87. Take a left off
the exit and travel about 20 miles until you see the turn off for ADK club. At
about 3 to 4 miles, take left and follow dirt road into the South Meadow parking
lot.
Trail Information: It is 5.2 mi. round trip. Not very
steep but an excellent, energetic run. It's 2.6 mi. back to Marcy Dam and after
taking an amazing views you turn around and come back. Not a lot of traffic
because of another route into the dam from the ADK club.
