Directions: The trailhead in Flowing Spring, is located seven miles east
of Hollidaysburg on Route 22. Directional signs on Route 22 point to the
location of the trailhead, which is approximately 1/4 mile off of Route 22.
There are also trailheads with parking areas located in Williamsburg and
Alexandria.
Trail Information: The Lower Trail is sixteen miles long from the
trailhead in Flowing Spring to the trailhead in Alexandria. The trail is
flat and several feet wide in most areas. Accessible for bicycles and
horses as well.
Miscellaneous Information: Trail is open year round.
