Directions: Take Park Road west from 16th street. Park before you
reach the bridge over Rock Creek Parkway. Run over the bridge and along the left
side of the road (towards on coming traffic) When you see the trail marker on the
right (.25mi) look both ways and cross over.
Trail Information: five or six good climbs if you loop at Military
Road and head to the other bank of Rock Creek. Occasional flooding. Can get
rocky.
Miscellanceous Information: Inside Rock Creek National Park in
Washington, DC Lots of other trails in the park are great for trail running.
All in the middle of the city.
