Directions: Hwy 101 north from San Francisco. Hwy 12 east
through Santa Rosa. Out of town past subdivisions, left on Adobe Creek Rd,
which dead ends into Sugarloaf Ridge State Park. Get a map from the
ranger's kiosk. All the trails are fab.
Trail Information: Very steep climb, approx 800-900 feet, then
glorious view and lots of steep rocky trails down, but worth it. There are
other trails with varying distances & climbs. Check the good map.
Miscellaneous Information: Call ahead for seasonal park closures.
Also great for camping with kids.
