Directions: The trailhead is at a park in the back of the Moanalua Valley subdivision at the end of Ala Aolani Street. The trail is an unimproved road approximately three miles in and three miles out.
Trail Information: The road crosses Moanalua Stream several times. The first 7 crossings provide the choice of either historic stone bridges or concrete fords. The last 7 or so stream crossings is by ford only. The stream is normally dry during the year.
Miscellaneous Information: The best time to run this trail is after a heavy rain. The stream is flowing then and you can either stay on top (on the bridges) or cross the fords through clear, flowing water. Great fun!
