Directions: South trailhead is the parking lot of the Polk
County River Place building. North Trailhead is east of Johnston Soccer
Complex, west side of the river before you cross the bridge.
Trail Information: Rolling terrain, winding along the river for
approx. 8 miles from one trailhead to the other. Single track trail
through much of the distance. Soft, great running and scenery.
