Directions: Located at Cave Run Lake on the Bath County Rowan
County line. The lake is located just 2 miles off I-64 at the Sharkey Exit. Turn
left if coming from the West, turn right if coming from the east off the
Interstate. Go straight until you get to the Lake's Dam the race starts at the
Stoney Cove Parking Area at the Dam on the Bath County side of the Lake.
Trail Information: The trail is average in difficulty no
major hills, it is rolling. The trail is wide and well marked. It is a trail
run, so rocks and roots are there.
Miscellaneous Information: The are many awards. We are hoping to have
soup, beans and corn bread after the race.
