Directions: 394 to Penn exit, take left on Cedar Lake Road, Take right on
Theodore Worth Pkwy. Parking Lots on Both left and right sides.
Trail Information: deer trails, hard inclines, major trail subsystem that
runs for several miles north to south. once basic routes are found you can run
for hours without ever crossing the same route.
Miscellaneous Information: The trails will be occupied at different times
of the day by fox, hawks, deer, and bikers.
