Directions: South from Springfield about 20 miles on Highway
65. Look for brown sign for "Busiek State Forest". Turn left about
halfway down the hill. Follow the road around to several parking areas.
Trail Information: There are more than 15 miles of trails and
several really great loops. Stay in the bottoms for easy trail runs or do
the loops that climb to the tops of the hills. The steep parts are often
rocky and wet during wet weather. The creek is sometimes full after
prolonged rain also.
