Directions: Highway 141 Exit (Valley Park) off of Highway 44.
Follow Lone Elk Park signs to trailhead. Trail leads from Lone Elk Park to
West Tyson Park (Lewis Road exit off Highway 44).
Trail Information: Approximately seven miles from Lone Elk Park to
West Tyson Park. Variety of surfaces: dirt/crushed rock jeep roads, dirt
single track, rocky single track, some flat along Meramec River, challenging rocky hills
at West Tyson Park end.
