Directions: Falls Lake Park has several entrances and parking lots.
Highway 98 near Wake Forest has a few off road parking spots where you can get
on the trail.
Falls of the Neuse Rd has a main park entrance that is paved and leads to
several different trails depending on mileage and there is also a another
entrance near WakeField High School; right beside the Falls Lake Damn.

You can run trails or paved, anywhere from a few miles to about 21 miles, loops
or there and back.
