From Doylestown:
Start out going northeast on W Court St toward Harvey Ave.
Turn slight left onto N Main St.
Stay straight to go onto N Easton Rd.
Take the 1st left onto W Swamp Rd/PA-313.
Turn left onto New Galena Rd.
Take the 1st left onto N Chapman Rd.
170 N CHAPMAN RD is on the right.
Trail Information: Peace Valley offers 14 miles of nature
trails in the woods and meadows at the eastern end of Lake Galena. The trails
vary from mown grass paths to remote, moderately technical trails through the
woods. Some paths are mowed or graveled and have bridges or stone steps at creek
crossings. Others are more "primitive." Nice, peaceful surroundings and plenty
of lakeviews. Water and restrooms are available at the Nature Center. In
addition to the trails, Peace Valley Park (adjacent to the Nature Center) has a
6-mile paved path surrounding the lake.
Miscellaneous Information: There are lots of things to do in
and around Peace Valley Park. Doylestown is nearby and offers many great
restaurants and historical sites of interest. The town also has several bed and
breakfasts.
