Directions: Route 140, Sugar Hill Road
Trail Information: Take the Keeywaydin Trail at White Rocks Natl.
Forest parking lot to the cliffs then come back down, take the Appalachian Trail
to Sugar Hill Road, go one mile on dirt road back to White Rocks parking lot.
Miscellaneous Information: Good uphill run, easy on ankles for the most
part, great side waterfall views, alternate down route is easier on knees.
